Top 17 Tips Before You Start Your Blog

Starting a blog is no longer enough.

There are millions of blogs out there, and they do not have a strategy in place, because most of them do not get anywhere.

In this post, you’ll not only learn how to blogging for beginners, but you can take a dramatic increase your chances of success will get 17 solid steps.

If you still have not started a blog, then it does not matter, or you are a veteran, just one of these tips can make a big difference in your life and your blogging, because.

1. Passion

The next step is to find your niche. Become an expert in a highly targeted blogs out there, the best way to stand out from the millions.

Think of opt-in email marketing instead of conversion specialist. Instead of just thinking of turning your blog into a book of tips on blogging.

And you will be set up.

4. A solution to the problem

To find your niche is one of the additions that you solve a problem.

Money is made by solving problems for people. If you get more customers and help them make more money on their list, then you’re solving a problem.

So you’re thinking about solving the problem, and that problem is fixed, then people are willing to pay for it, then do some research.

5. Personality

Really stand out from all the noise, you will need to inject your blog, your personality and skills.

There are many people out there, they have no experience of teaching.

You do not have experience, get some. The more you know, the more you can share with your audience, and the more they will want to know you, trust and choice.

6. to come up with a domain name

There are many ways of coming up with a great domain name, but in the end, you want to build alone will decide what kind of name and brand.

Some tips for coming up with a good domain name is to do it:

**Unique
**Memorable
**Make it easy
**Short

When you’re coming up with a tagline start is not essential, but it can be a lot of fun.

8. Choose your web host

WordPress.com or Blogger.com is a free blogging option Avoid using like. If you are serious about blogging, you need a self-hosted service.

Like Bluehost and Hostgator, there are plenty out. They are just a few dollars a month and you’ll have to start on the right path.

9. Choose your theme

Your blog is a WordPress theme that is picking up and look professional.

Again, there are several free options out there, but I recommend to spend some money and get a good premium theme. Some of my favorites:

You’re strapped for cash right now, and with a simple upgrade to the free theme.

10. Pick your plug-ins

If you’ve got a web host and a good looking theme, it’s time to get your plugin.

Use the plugin to hold a minimum amount. Each of you (usually) not the best thing you can do, which will slow your site and add plug-ins.

Here is a list of plugins that I use:

**Akismet – to prevent spam.
**Audio Player – play interviews and podcasts.
**Broken Link Checker – so I can remove and fix broken links.
**Contact Form 7 – so people can contact me.
**Google XML Sitemaps – Google to crawl to create a nice and simple site map.
**Popular posts – to help me to find good content.
**Sharebar – people can share content about social media.
**WP smush.it – reducing the size of the image file, and quickly loaded my site.
**WP Super Cache – another plugin that helps you to quickly load my site.

11. Analytics

Analytics is the next thing you have to do what you are doing on your site where they are coming from, and how much that will help you keep track of visitors, which is set up to receive.

Your traffic is growing from month to month, then some of the traffic is not everything, to change, but you need to remember.

Your goal is to make money with your blog, then you can build your email list, and e-mail traffic that should convert into customers.

12. content strategy

A solid content strategy in place, so you need to think about the following questions:

**What kind of content will you produce? (Audio, text, video)
**How would you produce it?
**How often will you publish new content?
**How old you have to be aware of the content of the new readers?
**How do you grow your business, you need to use your content?

Your content is what will build authority and trust. The more you can share, the more people will trust you.

13. List Building

This part scares people, and it scared me for a long time. Or to be honest, it still scares me, but in reality, it’s about making friends and himself.

Just write down how you can connect with fellow bloggers. To see if maybe they hang out on Twitter or Facebook, you can comment on their blog, or just shoot them an e-mail.

Immediately start connecting with people. You can add value to their lives and to think about how people will appreciate your help.

17. Expectations

Last, but not least, what are your expectations in writing. Here are some questions to get you going:

**Where do you expect to be with your blog in 6 months?
**What happens if you do not reach those expectations?
**Why is this the result you want?

Your expectations are unrealistic, then you will be a disappointment, and you probably have to give up.

But if you equip yourself with the truth, then you will know what to expect, and will keep you going when the going gets tough.

Short

Whatever you do, do not just go and read another article. Choose one of the tips above and to implement it.

  1. I was just looking for this information for some time. After six hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative websites in top of the list. Usually the top sites are full of garbage.
